Hi friends,
Some of you, probably, have already known that I took participation as a reviewer of a book related to SharePoint 2013 disaster recovery while it was preparing for the publishing. It appeared, that during this month I will use it as the main reference guide for my work.
Several months ago I changed my job and now I work as a SharePoint developer for a nice company that has branches in several countries. There are quite skilled IT administrators here, but none of them are SharePoint administrators. So, in spite of the fact that I work as a developer, it appears that there are a lot of things to do as a SharePoint administrator here. Designing and implementing of the SharePoint disaster recovery plan is one of the most important tasks in this area for me now. SharePoint is becoming more and more business critical system here and if something goes wrong with it, some parts of the company’s business completely stop.
Fortunately, there is a book where you can find a complete guide trough the implementation of a solid disaster recovery plan which helps not to miss any part of this quite complex task.
I hope those of you who are involved in SharePoint administration tasks found this book useful as well.
